Villa type MOSS and FERN are designed for investment purposes, the ownership for these types is recommended to be leasehold. Although can be also available to own on freehold ownership.
Villa-type PINE is built as a residential project, so its offers freehold ownership. The project, while offering both freehold and leasehold, only allows 9 units for freehold ownership, only 5 of which can be full-time residents.
Guaranteed Yield
Villa type MOSS and FERN, as they are focusing more on investment purposes, they come with a management package from the developer and a professional rental management company. The package offers 10-year management with a 5% (from purchase price excluding furniture package) yield guarantee per year subject to government tax. After the termination of the 10-year management contract, the developer offers a buy-back option of 100% of the purchase price of the property (excluding the furniture package). For this option must register with 2 years advance notice.
